Date Mate delivery
We use NZ post to deliver your goods, and we track and trace this order for you. This service is NON-SIGNATURE so by ticking terms and conditions you are taking liability of the parcel being left at your home. If you get a card to collect, it will be your responsibility to collect from the post shop. Date Mate will not be held liable for orders that have not reached the customer as a result of the above.
When your order has been confirmed as ‘delivered‘ by NZ post, we will email you a confirmation.
If you get a confirmation email and you haven’t received the goods, you must let us know asap so we can forward you your tracking details to investigate with the courier company. Date Mate is not responsible for investigating and facilitating third party complaints.
If you don’t feel safe with the package being left without a signature you must supply an alternative address.
Refrigerating Date Mate
Date Mate must be refrigerated once it’s been opened. It is made with no preservatives, so this will ensure it has a longer life after being opened. The shelf life is stated on the jar and refers to its “shelf life” meaning before it has been opened.
