Fudgy Popcorn Slice

  • 4 Cups popped popcorn
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 Heaped tablespoons of Date Mate
  • 2 Heaped tablespoons of Peanut Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons of coconut oil

Pop your popcorn with salt. In seperate pot melt other ingredients on a low heat then stir in popcorn.

Press into tin and freeze overnight – Slice and EAT


TURMERIC ICE CREAMS – Makes 6 popsicles

  • 1 cup coconut cream or almond milk

  • 2 dessert spoons of Date-Mate – Sesame Seduction

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1 teaspoon maple

  • 1/4 Turmeric
    A pinch pepper

Stacked Chia Pud

  • 3 Tablespoons of Chia seeds
  • 1/2 Cup Almond Milk 
  • 2 Teaspoons of Date Mate ( or 3 if you have a sweet tooth ) 
  • Seasonal Fruit

Add your Chia seeds + Almond Milk + 2 Teaspoons Date Mate into a jar and stir mixture. Set in the fridge overnight. Stack it up with your favourite seasonal fruits, yoghurts, muesli and a  Date Mate sauce!

Date Mate sauce: 1 Teaspoon of Date Mate + Tablespoon of hot water. Stir. Drizzle.

Our stack: We used, natural yoghurt, caramel date mate, kiwi fruit, feijoas, currents and muesli.

Overnight Breakfast Puddings – Single serve 

  • 35g Oatmeal 
  • 1 Tablespoon of Date Mate (any flavour )
  • Quarter of a Cup of Milk ( any milk will work – we use almond )

Mix all ingredients together and set overnight. Heat and eat in the morning or top with fruit, yoghurt – or pack for a yummy lunch!

Vegan Cacao Mousse – 1 Large Serve or four mini serves

  • 3 Tablespoons of Chia seeds
  • 2 Tablespoons of Cacao Fudgy Date Mate
  • 1 Teaspoon of Peanut Butter
  • 1 Cup of Almond Milk
  • Cap of Vanilla Essence

Place all ingredients into a blender until smooth – Place into serving jars overnight or for 5 hours until set. Serve with YUMMY toppings! We topped with PB, Nuts, Banana & Date Mate sauce.

Date Mate Sauce: 1 Teaspoon of Date Mate mixed with a Tablespoon of hot water.

Seductive Banana Breakie Smoothie 

  • Ice.
  • Pinch of cinnamon.
  • Banana.
  • Almond, coconut or diary milk.
  • 1 Heaped Tablespoon of Sesame Seduction

Blend & Drink 

Cacao & PB Smoothie Bowl – 1 Serve

  • 2 Tablespoons of Cacao Fudgy Date Mate
  • 1 Tablespoon of Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 Cup of Ice
  • 1/2 Cup Milk ( Almond, Rice, Coconut or Dairy )
  • Half a Banana

Blend until ice is broken down and serve.

Loaded kiwi toast

  • 2 Vogels 
  • 2 Tablespoons Date Mate
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Banana

Whisk your egg and soak your Vogels until egg is absorbed. Heat a hot pan with coconut oil. When fully heated add your Soaked vogels to the pan, once golden serve with Date Mate and sliced banana.

Seductive Bliss Balls

  • 175g Almond Meal
  • 1 Tablespoon of Date Mate Sesame Seduction
  • 2 Teaspoons of Peanut Butter 
  • 2 Teaspoons of Maple Syrup
  • 1 Teaspoonspoon of coconut oil

Mix all ingredients together. Use a teaspoon of mixture and Roll in desired toppings – We use sesame seeds, Cacao and Pumpkin Seeds.

Cacao Fudgy Brownie 

  • 1/4 Coconut Oil
  • 2 Heaped Tablespoons Cacao Fudgy Date Mate
  • 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tablespoons of Cacao
  • 2 Tablespoons Cooking Chocolate (we used dairy free)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 Cup Flour ( self raising or GF – if using a GF Flour add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda )
  • Pinch of Salt

Oven on 180. 1/2 a pot of water on heat , in a heat proof bowl place oil, date mate , cacao, maple, chocolate, salt. Place on top of pot heat through till combined. Take of pot cool slightly add flour and the eggs. Place in a lined square cake tin place in oven at 180 for 15 min

Vegan Feijoa Caramel Crumble

  • 12 Feijoas
  • 3 Tablespoons Caramel Date Mate
  • 1/2 C Muesli
  • 1/2 C Coconut Flour
  • Tablespoon Coconut oil

Scoop out your feijoas into a saucepan and cook on a low heat with 2 Tablespoons of Date Mate until broken down. Add mixture into a baking dish.

Crumble; Add dry ingredients + Coconut oil + 1 Tablespoon of Date Mate – mix or blend in processor.

Place on top of Feijoa mix and bake until golden – Serve with yoghurt or ice cream.
