Overnight breakfast pudding

Overnight Breakfast Puddings – Single serve 

  • 35g Oatmeal 
  • 1 Tablespoon of Date Mate (any flavour )
  • Quarter of a Cup of Milk ( any milk will work – we use almond )

Mix all ingredients together and set overnight. Heat and eat in the morning or top with fruit, yoghurt – or pack for a yummy lunch!

For batch cooking times recipe by 5  for breakfast for the week!
