- 1/4 Coconut Oil
- 2 Heaped Tablespoons Cacao Fudgy Date Mate
- 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 1 Tablespoons of Cacao
- 2 Tablespoons Cooking Chocolate (we used dairy free)
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 Cup Flour ( self raising or GF – if using a GF Flour add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda )
- Pinch of Salt
Oven on 180. 1/2 a pot of water on heat , in a heat proof bowl place oil, date mate , cacao, maple, chocolate, salt. Place on top of pot heat through till combined. Take of pot cool slightly add flour and the eggs. Place in a lined square cake tin place in oven at 180 for 15 min
